Kvik is a leading player in the European kitchen industry, and I am proud to be a part of their dynamic digital team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, I am responsible for conducting user research, creating user journey maps, wireframing, prototyping, and optimizing conversion rates to drive the company’s digital success.

Some of my achievements as a CX specialist at Kvik:

• Led the UX/CX part of the development of the new website launch in 2022 and increased conversion rates by 12% through the implementation of a new booking system using Design Thinking principles.
• Conducted ongoing user research and usability testing and provided insights to the Product Owners and improved conversion rates through experimentation using tools like Hotjar, AB Tasty, Google Optimize, etc.
• Led the UX/CX part of the development of MyKvik, our new loyalty platform and assisted the e-commerce team in building their platform.

As co-founder of Wedbox, a tech startup established in 2015, I have been instrumental in launching a range of digital products to assist wedding couples with planning and preserving memories of their special day. Additionally, the company operates an online print shop offering personalized products for weddings.

What I achieved in Wedbox:

• Conceptualized and designed mobile apps – based on the research of user needs, interaction design, user testing, and split tests.
• Brought all product designs to life by managing a team of developers.
• Created business model and pitch material that secured 3 rounds of venture funding.
• Created the websites used for marketing products
• Setup the technical architecture model for running our platform with 1.350.000+ users in 100+ countries.

Bryllup.dk was initiated as a project creating sales leads into Bandportalen.dk – my primary business at the time. Bryllup.dk has since evolved into the largest online magazine and digital platform for Danish wedding couples. Today Bryllup.dk also operates wedding fairs in 5 of the larger cities of Denmark.

What I achieved in Bryllup.dk:

• Building an online magazine with more than 400.000 unique visitors a year.
• Planning and executing a SEO strategy resulting in Bryllup.dk being on top of all the most important keywords. All traffic on Bryllup.dk is from organic search and social media.
• Building the Bryllup.dk website based on user feedback.
• Ensuring a robust platform performing well with a lot of concurrent users.

Booking agency providing music, entertainment, and other services to company parties. We served events from 20 guests to +10.000 attending guests. All our leads were generated from our website, hence online marketing was in the core of Bandportalen.dk

What I achieved in Bandportalen.dk:

• Delivering services to more than 4.000 events in Denmark.
• Building the Bandportalen.dk website.
• Planning and executing a powerful SEO strategy. Bandportalen.dk is the best ranking website compared with all the competitors.
• Learning all the basic skills required to start a business. This was my first startup.

Studying as a musician and a music teacher at The Royal Academy of Music (Musikkonservatoriet). My main instrument was guitar and I was lucky enough to receive lessons from Uffe Steen Jensen (http://guitarist.uffe-steen.dk). I aborted the candidate to pursue startup before the final exam.

• Making a living as a professional guitarist.
• Was a part of writing and recording 4 studio albums.
• Signed contract with a record label and a booking agency in both DK and DE.
• Planned and played tours of one month’s lengths each.
• Performed at some of the biggest stages and festivals in DK and DE.
